Maria joined the Coastal Capital Funding team as a Loan Processor in November 2020. As a loan processor she diligently collects and organizes your new mortgage  documentation so that she can get your new loan approved as quickly as possible. Once you’ve completed a loan application, Maria takes over and plays an important role in guiding your new loan all the way to the closing table.

Maria has a bachelors degree from California State University, Long Beach in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Organizational and Interpersonal Communication and a minor in Journalism. This knowledge has provided her with a valuable skill set that she utilizes daily as a communication and support liaison between the lending banks, escrow and title officers, real estate agents, and of course our clients. She is direct and honest and able to expertly maneuver through the twists and turns of the mortgage loan process without missing a beat.

After living in Long Beach for many years, Maria currently resides in the Antelope Valley with her husband and son. She enjoys creating makeup application videos for social media, making arts and crafts, and traveling. Thanks to her calm demeanor, relaxed confidence and engaging spirit, her clients find the whole experience rewarding from start to finish.
